Reduced Hotel Rates have been extended until Friday, September 30th. There is still time to get that lower rate.

Free Parking will be offered to attendees and vendors. The VTNHSRC is picking up the cost.

It is our pleasure to announce the Annual Meeting of the Vermont/New Hampshire Society for Respiratory Care, which will be held on October 11 & 12 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, in Manchester, NH.

This year’s event will last two full days. This is an ideal venue for public relations and networking with many Respiratory Care professionals throughout New England as the educational program continues to offer stimulating and timely topics as well as many hours of exhibit viewing.

The exhibit space is limited to 50 vendors, so please make your reservations now. Reservations for the hotel can be made here. With booth pricing plans ranging from $550 to $2000, we encourage vendors to reserve the plan that best suits their needs.

Booths requiring electricity: Complete the Electrical Service Order Form and fax to 603-206-4206 if you need electricity at your booth.

Booth setup: You can begin to set your booth up Monday evening, any time after 6:00pm

            Allows up to 2 representatives at the booth
            Free CEUs for each representative

Gold Vendor Booth
            $1000
            Allows up to 4 representatives at the booth
            Free CEUs for each representative
            Provides meal or coffee break sponsorship
            Company recognition for sponsorship

Platinum Vendor Booth
            $1500
            Allows up to 5 representatives at the booth
            Free CEUs for each representative
            Provides speaker sponsorship
            Company recognition for sponsorship

Platinum Plus Vendor Booth
            $2000
            Allows up to 5 representatives at the booth
            Free CEUs for each representative
            Provides speaker sponsorship + $250 donation to scholarship fund
            Company recognition for sponsorship
